Aber Co-Living was set up to transform the shared living environment in Aberystwyth and the surrounding area.
Our purpose is to create high-quality co-living accommodation for young professionals, who at the moment either have to rent expensive flats on their own (often out of the town centre) or put up with low quality shared housing (sometimes sharing with students).
The founders of Aber Co-Living are Emma Sellers & Stephen Sellers (Air Balloon Properties) and Nick Atkins (Fairlead Property), who are experienced property investors with proven track records of creating high quality shared housing and flats for professionals.

The founders
Emma & Stephen Sellers
Emma & Stephen began property investing in 2008 and now have a mixed portfolio of commercial sites and high end single let accommodation for young professionals. Together they have extensive experience of conversions and an eye for the potential of a building. Emma is the brains behind creative design and installations, whilst Stephen who has been running and developing businesses for most of his working career, is the financial director for the company.
Nick Atkins
Nick is a successful property investor who has built up a portfolio of high-quality co-living properties for young professionals in Portsmouth. He teamed up with Emma & Stephen to form Aber Co-Living and bring high-level co-living accommodation to Aberystwyth. Prior to property his professional background was in investment banking and corporate finance.
MS Properties
MS Properties is an independent Estate Agency in Aberystwyth, formed by Martin Samuel in 2005. Being brought up around property investment and development by his father, he has grown the business rapidly, gaining a large portfolio and a good reputation. MS Properties is a close, friendly and dedicated team with NAEA accreditation, whose focus is tailoring their services and expertise to your situation, desires, and needs.
